This one will become your personal favorite! It’s easy to make and quick as well and will leave you satisfied for sure!
-3 cups raw hazelnuts
-½ cup cocoa
-2 cups powered sugar
-1kg vanilla extract
-1 pinch of salt
-½ cup sunflower oil
HOW TO MAKE IT:
First, you have to separate few of your hazelnuts for the bottom level of your parfait. Make it 1 cup of hazelnuts, as you won’t really need more than that. Next, you will have to prepare your vegan merenda, which will consume most of your time.
Start, by roasting your hazelnuts into the oven on medium heat (180 ℃) for 10 minutes. Next, take them out of the oven and let them chill for a while. Clean them, by taking their peel out.
Put your hazelnuts and sunflower oil into a mixer or blender and shake them for at least 5 minutes, until the mixture becomes thin. The thinner the better! Last but not least, you will have to put the rest of the ingredients (except from the banana and the rest of the hazelnuts) and shake again, until the mixture becomes fluffy.
Put the paste into a bowl.
Take 4 ice cream glasses and divide the remaining hazelnuts into their bottom. From there on, all you have to do is simply divide the paste into the bowls as well and put a banana slice at the nozzle of each glass.
Your Sweet Twilight Parfaits are ready.
