Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte

 Pumpkin Spice Latte is a personal favorite, when it comes to Halloween, so I decided my next recipe to be about it. Despite the fact that it’s tasty, it’s also healthy and a great way for those of you who are involved into muscle and fitness to have some gains, the innocent way! veganville-pumpkin-spice-latte-meme

 DIFFICULTY: vegan

 INGREDIENTS:

 -1 cup coffee

 -2 teaspoon coconut sugar

 -2 tablespoons pumpkin puree

 -2 tablespoons coconut milk

 -½ tablespoon vanilla extract

 -¼ tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

 -2 teaspoons maple syrup

 -vegan whipped cream,

 -1 teaspoon cinnamon

 -3 ice cubes (optional)

 HOW TO MAKE IT:

 (For cold Pumpkin Spice Latte)

 All you need to do is to add all of your ingredients (except from the whipped cream, the cinnamon and the ice cubes) into your blender and shake them, until all of the ingredients are mixed. Pour the mixture into a big glass with three ice cubes and add the whipped cream and the cinnamon.

 (For hot Pumpkin Spice Latte)

 Put all of your ingredients (except from the whipped cream and the cinnamon)  into a small saucer pan and stir them, until they are all mixed. Heat your mixture for at least 3 minutes in low heat. Pour the mixture into a big glass and add the vegan whipped cream and the cinnamon.
