A lovely and easy-to make casual dish. The following steps will show you how it’s done and we hope you’re ready because we are more than ready.
-4 big zucchini
-200g soy mince
-1 glove garlic
-2 pinches salt
-1 pinch sugar
-1 teaspoon cinnamon
HOW TO MAKE IT:
Boil some water. Cut your garlic and onions thin, meanwhile. Make sure you cut them really thin, so as for them to melt easily as they will be fried.
Put 1L of boiled water into a bowl and put the zucchini in there. Put the rest of the water in another bowl and put the soy mince in there and stir for 2 minutes.
Heat a frying pan and add the onions and the garlic, along with a little oil. Fry them, until they start melting Add the soy mince, after you dry it up and start stirring fast. Add the salt, the sugar and the cinnamon. Fry for at least 10 minutes.
Take your zucchini out of the water and cut each one in half. Take a very small sugar spoon, or a special kitchen curving tool and start curving your zucchini, until they turn into rolls. Fill the holes with the mince. You can also cut your zucchini into smaller slices, in order to turn it into zucchini sushi rolls. In case you turn them into zucchini sushi rolls, then the procedure ends here and you needn’t follow the next step.
Put your zucchini rolls into the oven and heat for about 30 minutes on medium heat.
Your zucchini rolls are ready!
You can optionally add lemon or some vegan barbeque sauce or even tabasco, but they taste pleasant without these add-ons as well!
