If you’re looking for something easy to make, healthy to eat, raw and delicious at the same time, in order to impress your guests, then this is your chance! senpai-halloween-funny-myers-meme  These (almost) Raw Vegan Banana Halloween -Ghost- Treats will make even your favorite horror movie antagonists want to sneak into your house and grab a bite on this All Hallows Eve!

This recipe is really easy and no particular skills are needed. All you have to do is use your imagination!

 SERVES: 4

 TIME: 30min

 DIFFICULTY: vegan

 INGREDIENTS:

 -3 bananas

 -2 cups raw hazelnuts

 -½ cup cocoa

 -2 cups powered sugar

 -1kg vanilla extract

 -1 pinch of salt

 -½ cup sunflower oil

 HOW TO MAKE IT:

You have to start with your vegan homemade cocoa paste first, as it will take you some time.

Start, by roasting your hazelnuts into the oven on medium heat (180 ℃) for 10 minutes. Next, take them out of the oven and let them chill for a while. Clean them, by taking their peel out.

Put your hazelnuts and sunflower oil into a mixer or blender and shake them for at least 5 minutes, until the mixture becomes thin. The thinner the better! Last but not least, you will have to put the rest of the ingredients (except from the bananas) and shake again, until the mixture becomes fluffy.

Put the paste into a bowl.

Take your bananas and take their peel off. Slice them into small slices. Use a small knife, in order to paint eyes and a mouth on each one of the slices. Do not worry if they look spooky.  painting-the-banana  That’s the whole point of that concept!

Your treats are ready! Lots of the paste will remain as well, so serve your treats, along with the bowl containing the paste, in order for your guests to use it as a dip for their healthy snack.

 ENJOY!
